Landa Pays Monthly Dividends to 30,000+ Investors

[November 02, 2022]

Landa, the financially inclusive real estate investing platform, announced today that it distributed monthly dividends to more than 30,000 individual investors for the month of October. The record distribution for Landa reached +10% more investors than last month, and shows the benefits of fractional ownership for individual investors.

As housing prices have become increasingly unaffordable for the average investor, Landa’s fractional ownership model has unlocked investment opportunities for millions of people. Through its platform, monthly dividends are paid to shareholders of each Landa property at the beginning of each month, based on the profits remaining after expenses are deducted from rental payments.

“Real estate has proven to be one of the best investments someone can make,” explained Pete Flint, General Partner at NFX and Founder of Trulia. “This record distribution shows the promise of Landa’s fractional ownership model, and I’m excited to see them continue to help retail investors diversify their portfolios.”

Since Landa’s launch from stealth late August, the company has seen rapid growth, nearing 35,000 individuals investing through the app. The easy-to-use and highly secure interface allows investors to browse properties, purchase shares, and have a simple overview of thir portfolios. Recently, the company also surpassed 100,000 investments through the app, an important milestone in establishing a marketplace for accessible real estate investing.

“Every day at Landa, we are focused on our mission – to enable wealth creation through a new way to invest in real estate,” stated CEO and cofounder Yishai Cohen. “Yesterday was an important day on our journey as we distribute monthly dividends to more and more investors each month – evidence that we have begun to enable a new income stream through real estate ownership for individual investors.”

Landa launched with $33 million in venture funding from investors, including NFX, 83North, and Viola Ventures. For more information and to download the Landa app, visit
