Dow’s shares are up $2.57 (5.5%) while those of Nike have risen $4.43, or 4.9%, combining for a roughly 46-point bump for the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the gain include American Express AXP, +3.40%, Caterpillar CAT, +2.52%, and Intel INTC, +2.50%. A $1 move in any of the Dow’s 30 components equates to a 6.59-point swing.
